[Boatanchors] Hbr receiver

Hi Preston,

I have put an HBR project on my horizon but the light at the end of the 
tunnel is an oncoming train. I will probably not get a round tuit.

Do you know about the HBR list on the same list server as "boatanchors"? 
There are members on that list who have built them and use them.
