[Boatanchors] FS: Pierson-Delane PR-15

With great reluctance I have begun a serious reduction in my extensive radio collection.  I have an excellent, working example of a Pierson-Delane PR-15 (circa 1938) which I am going to put on eBay.  Before I do so, I thought I would see if anyone was interested in it.  I'll send pictures to those who are seriously interested.  Please don't ask for pictures unless you are truly serious about this receiver because I have limited internet data (thank you, Hughes Satellite).   I have owned this fine receiver for about twenty years and have used it in many ham radio QSOs.  The last time I turned it on, which was about two years ago, it had developed a hum but it still worked so it will need to have at least one or two electrolytic capacitors replaced.  It comes with a large external speaker which may or may not be matching.  I don't know because I've never been able to determine if the company sold a matching speaker.  $450 firm plus shipping from Fayetteville AR.  The receiver will be double boxed with hard form panels inside all six box sides along with plenty of bubble wrap and hard packed foam peanuts.  The speaker will be shipped separately.
