[Boatanchors] Waterman S-14-B Pocketscope CRT removal

Unable to remove the CRT from a Waterman Pocketscope.
I have a copy of the manual but it says nothing about removing
tubes/CRT - earlier model manuals do have a paragraph about
this, but it's not very helpful.

So, I am trying to figure out how to free up the entire scope from
the casing. Hopefully this will give me access to the tube socket
and tube base.

Would like to resurrect this unit - it's in nice condition but no
spot. Power supplies seem OK. Any info would be welcome.
