As I recall, 13.8 is usually greater than 13.65.

So, your gnat-straining observation of your own navel would suggest you are advocating gassing of lead-acid cells.

Have I got that right??? Isn’t that wonderful advice – for bank managers and SLAB cell sellers? Increased sales and hence GNP because of self-inflicted wounding?
