I have a bunch in the basement that I can't seem to get rid of. No one bids on them. Sure, I'll buy sheet styrofoam and do a great job packing them--for $150 each. Add that to the price, plus the shipping cost and nobody will pay anything like what they should be worth. But it always has been tough getting anyone to take anything big and heavy--just try selling an old Model 28 TTY.
To me the answer is that everyone that wants them has what they want.
Or??? You tell me....here's the list:
Valiant II: Needs electrolytics and has scuffed front panel edges. Probably could be on the air quickly. $250Valiant II: Needs more work than the one above. Someone badly solid stated the power supplies. $200Viking II: Not a beauty queen but doesn't need much to be on the air.:$120SX-62A. Nice looking. Powers up. Does not receive. $120Apache: Has the shiny chrome knobs. Some scuffs but looks good. Untested. $120Globe Champ 350. Complete. Cabinet repainted badly. Unrestored. As-is. $150 w/o final tubes. $350 with final tubes.HQ-140X: Look very nice and works well. $120Super Skyrider Defiant. The one with the extra Audio stage. Looks good but not great. Untested. $80S-20R: Looks good. Works but the electrolytic heatss up and needs replaced. $60S-19. Needs major work. Someone has been tinkering with this. Close to original appearance though. $35Knight T50. Classic Novice TX. Rusty cabinet and lower front panel edge. Decent inside. $40Homebrew 40A 0-30VDC Power Supply in Hallicrafters SX-101A Cabinet. Solid State. Weighs 100 pounds. Working. $100Heathkit Comanche/Cheyenne pair with the rack and power cable harness. Unrestored and will need work. $50RBM 200kc-2MC version. Complete but some internal ham mods. $50Jefferson Travis Marine Transceiver from the 40's. $402M Gonset Gooney Box: $30Parks VHF Converter: $30Various Ramsey Kits:  $20 each. All working.

No shipping without packing fee noted above. Trades considered if you can deliver me something nice and working well. OK? Anyone want to drive by Pittsburgh and clean out my basement?73 de N3RHT

That could be part of it.  After USPS more than doubled foreign shipping
cost last January, our foreign business essentially ceased.
