[Boatanchors] HQ-180 dial window discoloration

Good AM Gary,
	It's all explained in one word, FTFM.  ;-)
	The manual for the HQ-180 series takes several pages to show in detail 
the steps required.  It's really not hard, but there are a lot of 
spacers, etc., that need to go back in in the right places.  I've done 
it a number of times.
	If you don't have a manual, it's available on BAMA/edebris.  If it's in 
djvu format you can download the reader for it from there.  If that 
fails, let me know and I'll email it to you.
