I don't either. I sold 2 TV-7 testers for $400 each last year. If id only known. Ha ha. But the prices i receive were right.  Who pays that much $1400 for a tester that shows up  occasionally at considerably less? 


There are two possible outcomes: if the result confirms the hypothesis, then you've made a measurement.
If the result is contrary to the hypothesis, then you've made a discovery.
