[Boatanchors] TV7D/U - ummm. what am I missing here?

They put the " Western Electric Tube " in the listing so as to draw in
the AudioFools. I sold some Sonicly( yea I know there's no such word)
Correct Electrolytic Caps at a Hamfest once. Got Five times my original
asking price. BTW there were 47Mfd / 450VDC 105 Deg C Snap in caps made
by Nipon. The audio boys brought them by the dozen. Guess W.C Field was
right all along.
