[Boatanchors] Eico 720 Fixed and Flying.

The Eico 720 transmitter is rocking.
Many thanks to those who contributed ideas.
There were several issues:

Hi-Z grounds (hardware loosen-tighten).
Other loose mechanical (feed-thru insulators).
Crummy bandswitch crud.
Loose bandswitch contact- soldered to eyelet.
Bad bypass cap.
Bad solder joints.
Rogue oscillation in buffer- cured by neutralizing with
 a small "gimmick" capacitor between the buffer grid
and the bottom of the buffer tank/PA grid.
Sluggish oscillator and lack of drive, which
was a 22K Osc. screen resistor measuring 2 Megs.
And last- Grid Tuning knob mounted upside-down. :-D

Rig is now singing sweetly.
