[Boatanchors] Anyone with spare parts for a Navy TCK transmitter - or a junker?

Folks,
This may be is a completely futile request but here it is anyway:
I recently acquired a Navy TCK transmitter. Its in good shape, but against
the buyer beware principle, I didnt inspect it thoroughly enough prior to
paying for it and hauling it home. It turns out that the PA tank coil switch
(S106 for those who are familiar with the TCK) is missing all the rotors and
the rotor shaft. The switch is a 2 ½ diameter, 4 deck 6 position simple
break-before-make type ceramic switch, with 45° indexing. There are
actually 8 contacts hence the 45° indexing 2 adjacent contacts are
connected, ending in a single longer contact, which is the wiper, and the
rotor doesnt rotate to these 2 contacts. The 4 ceramic stator wafers are
there, and not even cracked, while all 4 rotors are missing with their
ceramic shaft. Only a short stub is left in the shaft coupler on top of the
gear which is linked to the rest of the bandswitches in the
multiplier/driver and the master oscillator, for one knob bandswitching.
This is why I need a switch with the same indexing, otherwise it wont make
contact.
I can find similar size multiposition RF switches with 4 decks, but nothing
with 45° indexing. It seems that only 30°, 36°, 60° and 90° indexing is
available, which are unusable in this application.
Of course, temporarily, I could use a different indexing with the correct
number of positions, but it cant be linked to the bandswitching system
gearing, but a separate shaft would have to be used, brought out through one
of the holes of the perforated top cover modifying the transmitter with
holes is out of the question.
Im also investigating the possibility of fabricating the missing rotors and
the shaft from Teflon and using brass round head screws for contacts.
Of course the best and neatest solution would be to find the original
switch
I welcome any input from anyone who successfully tackled similar problems
not necessarily with the same model transmitter.
