If all else fails call Fair Radio sales in Lima Ohio and ask them for a meter.
They will likely have a used meter that looks exactly like you need.
You could send them a picture of your meter to help get a match.

Hello from Joe w5jdy in Norman,Ok 73069...  I have a receiver combiner
military model cu656a...  The panel meter is bad..  It is a 50 microamp
meter and it mounts into a two and three sixteenth's inch hole..  Just
wondering if anyone would have something that would fit??    Thanks for your
