[Boatanchors] Heathkit wanted

I have a friend, a retired police office, living north of  Philadelphia, who is looking for an HW-23 power supply.

Could anyone assist him in purchasing such a unit.  He would buy a “companion” Heathkit transmitter/transceiver to obtain the power supply.
