[Boatanchors] 24 Hour Clock

I've got one of the old round glass faced electric 24 hour clocks from
yesteryear.  The one that had a ring that lined up with the various time
zones around the world.  It is about 12 inches in diameter and about 3
inches thick.  It can be seen in the second photo down on my QRZ.com page.
Has anyone successfully replaced the drive motor in this old timer?   I
would like to resurrect this bit of old time radio accessory if possible.
