I came away with more small stuff than I planned to. There was a fairly
good assortments as well as same bargains like a Ranger II for $145.00.
(Didn't last long!) A few anchors were over priced but generally within reason
and lower than that infamous auction site. There were the usual gougers
but they left with their overpriced wares.

The building itself was great, warm during Friday night setup and again all
day Saturday. For those not familiar with the venue, the whole hamfest
was in one building instead of the two plus seminars used in the past. In
this building, the seminars were upstairs and there was a large food vending
area in front. Large representation of commercial vendors including at
least one that was a first timer. Plenty of light, parking and relatively easy
to load in an out. For me, it was a winner!

I think the move to the single building was a smart one and hope the fest
continues there in the future. I heard the word 2500 for attendance, Don't
know if that was right, but it was well attanded

pretty good selection - fair amount of Drake, Heath, Hammarlund,
Hallicrafters.
Some S-line, but only St James Gray was a 32V-3
Not much military - one R-390A (unsold), one TCS rcvr (sold), one BC-348
(?)

Most of the usual NC/VA/MD boatanchorites were there - chime in with your
won obeservations
