Hi Dave,

i just got home from a musical gig and I'm beat right down. I have the 
manual that came with my DX-100 (before there was internet). Tomorrow 
I'll dig it out (I know which file cabinet drawer it's in). I'll take 
some smart phone pictures of some of it and you can at least get some 
idea of the page number, etc. Pete does a great job with the manuals. 
Maybe it will even be 'good enough'.
