[Boatanchors] [BoatAnchors] All Good Things...

David, I use Face Book all the time (72 years of age) and enjoy it. There
are a number of very active groups I enjoy, i.e., ATARI, Heathkit,
Hallicrafters, restoring antique radios, CW related plus I get to chat with
the kids, grandkids, church folks, etc. I plan to start a WRL/Galaxy group
soon. There is a lot of junk for sure but some good stuff too. The Yahoo
Groups are another source of pleasure as well.

But it does sound like the responses are primarily negative.

Email reflectors have been a huge blessing for us, connecting so many great
people. But they are 1990s tech and quite limited.
Is it time we considered moving to something like a Facebook group, where
one can upload photos and videos? There are already some that are in their
infancy...

God bless those who have driven The Porch and Mailman; I certainly don't
want to leave.
But should we consider moving forward?
It would be nice to illustrate my posts without having to use web hosting
links.
