[Boatanchors] AM linear question

Hmmm…  Interesting idea. Believe one would want to operate the amplifier in class C, not class B for starters.  Never seen any specs on running a 3-1000Z cathode driven as a class C amp, though, let alone as a grid modulated amp.  Bunch of switching 
back and forth required if one wanted the linear to be dual use.  Might be something to play with sometime, though.
