My suggestion would be to use the "modified Pierce" oscillator circuit of grid and screen of a 6AG7! Put 105 or 150 Volts regulated (0C3 or 0D3) on the screen and take the output off the plate. The Walter Ashe WAT-25 circuit is a good example. Supposedly VERY gentle on crystals. You can find the circuit with a Google search. Plenty enough to drive a 6L6!
