Pete,

I get the same prices, $29.60 and $37.80 for the USPS rate fold chart, but in using the USPS Click 'n Ship pay on-line option, the commercial base pricing is down to $32.41.

Our APO is no longer - now a DPO and we have to use Click 'n Ship for outgoing package mail, unless we have postage on hand.

I picked a ZIP in TX, 75173; then a ZIP in VA, 20108 and with your dimensions and weight:
Standard Post (First Class) $29.60; Priority $37.80 If you check "FRAGILE", First Class is $39.95; Priority is $48.15.

If you pack it well, "FRAGILE" isn't necessary unless you like to spend extra money.
