The original power supply AC power cord connector is a Russellstoll
Ever-Lok 8013 or 8013N (** NOT 8013U1 **).
Look for them on eBay under Russellstoll, Russell Stoll, Russell & Stoll,
Ever-Lok, or Thomas & Betts. Pretty expensive from electrical supply
places, but I got a NOS one on eBay for $8 plus shipping.
