Try antique radio supply.

You can put a bolt through the rubber stoppers and spin them in a drill press or lath.
Then use a sanding block to sand them to size and shape.

Looking for a source of black risers used to elevate the front of the
radio.
The ideal would be 3/4" height, 1" at the top and 3/4" at the
bottom.
