Wayne,

It isn't uncommon at all!

The issue is the routing methodology.

Each message, in packet form, ends up being sent out with the SPF, 
(Shortest Path First), method.

Unfortunately, there are any number of routers on the Internet that get 
each message.

So I too get the "termination" message *before* I get the "It's Here" 
message.
