[Boatanchors] ARRL Band Plan - doesn't belong here

I any one wishes to discuss band plans further you may do so unhindered on 
the AMRadio group.  Operational space is paramount to using boatanchors and, 
I believe, should be a valid point of discussion.  Respect of others points 
of view  is a requirement.  Do so as ladies and gentlemen.

If Al says the thread belongs some where else, then make it so.

At Al's whim you may find your E mail does not make any QTH post.

Band plans is a subject.
This is the boat anchors forum and the subject is not about ARRL band plans.
