Mouser has so much stuff its sometimes hard to find what you want.
Try:

When I searched for axial lead or wire lead general purpose caps I
got nothing. The expensive caps seem to be snubber caps.
I have been using radial lead caps. You can get them with long
leads.
I did find axial lead "film" capacitors at Radio Daze. These are
630VDC but they do not specify the type of dielectric (or at least I
didn't see it). I think most plastic film caps these days are
polypropylene except for some special purpose ones. Radio 'Daze may be
able to tell you what these are. They sell in packages of 5 for between
about $2 to $4 depending on value. Radio Daze has a good reputation.
I've also bought capacitors from a place in Canada but can't find the
link on my old computer.

I looked at the .047/630V film caps and saw that the least expensive is $2.28 per unit. The radial-lead caps are more reasonably priced.
