[Boatanchors] ARRL Band Plan - doesn't belong here

I totally disagree. Owning, collecting, fixing up boatanchors includes 
trying to use them. If there is activity around that is going to interfere with 
or prevent their use, this and similar venues are certainly appropriate 
places to discuss countermeasures.
