Good condition front panel, no tag, collins pto, motorola for collins power supply, all tubes tested and bad ones replaced, ballast tube was bad and resistor tacked in place on top of bad balast tube internals to allow radio to run, has meters and all knobs, paint wear on knobs, no top or bottom cover  radio is working and has used on BCB, 75M, 40M, and a few sw bands.  Not all bands tested as of yet but priced right at $300 you pick up from me in eastern MA before nearfest or will be on my table at $350 during nearfest.
