A sale does not occur when buyer and seller agree on value. A sale does 
occur when they agree on price. They disagree on value.

If I sell a HQ-170 for 100 to Bill, I
perceive 100 to be of more value to me than the radio.
Bill perceives the radio to be of more value to him than his 100.
