[Boatanchors] Globe King at Shelby

Did the one you owned have five meters in the RF deck?  The 400 I used 
at a club station long ago did not, and neither did any of the ones I've 
seen over the years.  WA9MBJ's "Ham Equipment Buyer's Guide" from 1975 
lists Globe King 275, 400, 400-B and 400-C but no mention of extra 
meters.  It does say "provision for ECO or VFO". What is a ECO?
