Thank you all for the suggestion of Deoxit!
I found some locally at a music store and picked it up on the way home from work tonight.
I've been working on an Atlas 350XL that has been sitting for some time.
I'm now seeing/hearing a noticeable improvement!
Now onward to fix the half output power on 40 and below.

Some stuff called De Oxit
expensive but it works.
it can be brought on line and delivered via the
mail.
