[Boatanchors] Scan of October 1941 QST Cover?

ARRL has given me permission to use another of the QST covers with a 
blog entry of mine dealing with my first visit to the FCC office in San 
Fransisco. As usual the on-line scans, while usable, are not great. I'd 
rather work from high resolution color scan but my QSTs are hard bound 
together. I can't scan them without breaking the binding.

Can someone scan the October 1941 QST cover for me?
