Thank you for writing, Mike.
There was very little interest in the project.
Even the organizations supposedly working to preserve 
Merchant Marine history did not answer emails
(which makes me question their stated goals).
The project would be a lot of effort and almost no one cares.
So I set it aside and moved on.  
Life's too short to burn that kind of time 
when there's no interest.
