[Boatanchors] Need Replacement Mic for Yaesu FT-2200

I have a non-internet ham friend whose microphone has gone toes up.  Original was a MH-27B8 having a DTMF keypad and "normal" Japanese 8-pin connector.  
I don't have any Yaesu rigs or belong to any Yaesu specific lists. 
 
If anybody here knows of a source or replacement for the MH-27 B8, I'd appreciate any suggestions.
