[Boatanchors] Recognize this WRL rig?

Thanks all GK400.   I didn't know much about that rig except seeing it
in ads in early 1950s QSTs but didn't remember the front panel layout
and don't know anything about V-70Ds.  I guess they're triodes since
the rig has neutralizing caps on each one.

Yes the power supply and modulator chassis are in separate auctions.
modulator tubes look like 811s.
