[Boatanchors] Recognize this WRL rig?

It's the RF deck from a Globe King 400 transmitter.  The front panel has been repainted and knobs changed.

He has 4 pieces total advertised, looks like probably PS , MOD, XMTR.
He has the cable separate.

I am not able to see it well enough or familiar enough with WRL to make 
out much more.
