I even extended the cold water pipe into my ham shack - sort of....
On the back of my equipment shelves, I clamped a long piece of copper pipe.

I used hose clamps to easily tie braid or wire from the chassis of each
piece of gear to the pipe.
The hose clamps gave me complete flexibility when moving gear around.
The pipes on each bench were tied together and thence to the real cold
water pipe, entrance grounds, etc.
Nowadays I have all rack-mounted US Navy gear and the racks are tied into
the ground pipes laid along the floor behind them.
