[Boatanchors] FS: Elmenco Fused AC Plug

I put a small H on the hot prong (fused side) of the plug when they
are the old style that lacks the flared neutral prong.  then I know
which way to plug it in.

When using a piece of test equipment or some other item I have not
fired up in a long time, the H tells me I have been through it
already.
