Is your high line voltage wreaking havoc on your vintage equipment?  Are you tired of replacing fuses, tubes and light bulbs more frequently than you should?  Have you ever lost a precious power transformer to excessive voltage or heat?  Is your receiver drifting with line voltage fluctuations?  This constant voltage transformer may be just what you've been looking for.

Made by Raytheon, it's specifications are 120 Volts @ 0.832 Amps out (100VA) with 120 Volts +/-15% in so it will not only keep your voltage right at 120 Volts when the line voltage soars to 138 Volts but it will maintain that 120 Volts should the line voltage droop to 102 Volts.  Did I mention it's for 60 cycles?

Unlike other CV transformers I've used, this one is actually quiet.  Connection is easy with just two wires in and two wires out or three if you want to pass a ground wire through it.  There will be no getting confused with how to wire a bucking transformer.  It's in a metal box with Dzus fasteners in the lid and the measurements are 11"x5"x8".  There are cable clamps for holding the cabling in and out.

This transformer weighs 20 pounds.  I figure proper packing material will bump that to 25 pounds.

It's yours for $20 plus FEDEX Ground or Home shipping from 72701.  It's going to ebay tomorrow evening if it doesn't sell via reflectors before.
