Call Mouser Electronics and ask to speak to a service technician.  He will 
advise you on which capacitors to use when replacing capacitors in  older 
radios.
It's just that simple and easier than filling space with speculation!

The plastic encased paper caps I'm told can be leaky.  But that's if
they have been in a circuit.  Don't know if NOS makes a difference or
not.
