I keep a “book” — with good photographs (often inside and out) , description, and my (probably wildly optimistic value estimate, including a “get at least” number) for each piece of radio equipment. My wife knows nothing about this stuff except the space it occupies :) But perhaps it will help avoid the ham estate ambulance chasers trying to cart stuff off at 5 cents on the dollar.
