I must sell about 100-150 radios in order to fit into 660 sqft that which previously occupied 3500 sqft.

The uncommon WRL Globe Scout 65 is one of my favorite rigs.  This unit covers 160 through 10 meters and is working well.  It has an excellent front panel.  The cabinet has been repainted and is okay but has a few surface blemishes on the top.  It has a neatly added T/R relay under the chassis and three SO-239s on the rear apron.  One goes to the receiver, one goes to a 50 Ohm antenna and the third is for a long wire.

The HV is smack dab on 500V and at 100 mA it puts out 35 Watts into a Waters dummy load/wattmeter.  This rigs runs a 6C5 oscillator, a 6L6G driver and a 6146 final.  The speech amp is a 6SJ7 and the modulator is a 6V6.

I tested it today as it hasn't been on the air in awhile.  CW on 7040 produced a clean note and on Phone the audio was good.  I would add a 3 wire cord and recap it for reliability and safety.

$175 plus shipping from 72701 (Fayetteville AR).  Local pickup is okay.  I will double box with hard foam inner panels.

If you are seriously interested I will provide pictures yet to be taken with my iphone.

Thank you,
