[Boatanchors] HP-8708A Synchronizer?

Thanks, Richard (and others who have replied similarly).

There appear to be two 8708 manual versions available through ArTek (who I
had
never heard of until a few minutes ago). I will do that if I can't find the
info floating
around somewhere.
