[Boatanchors] Fw: Elmac Power Supply

Looking for schematic diagram and parts list, for Mult-Elmac M-1011, AC power supply.  Not M-1071 which has a switch on the side.  This power supply that I received from an eBay seller has no switch or any markings or nameplates of any kind, so I am guessing that the number is 1011.  Nothing on BAMA.
I need to get started trouble shooting this puppy which is showing only 70 VDC on the regulated B+ instead of the required 105 VDC.
