Suggestion:
If you don't have a TCS AC supply or dynamotor pack, 
you can make an inexpensive 12 VDC supply using
a DC Mobile supply for tube-type ham rigs.
Drake DC3, the Hallicrafters and several others
provide all the voltages you need to get the set going.
Provide any needed switching and/or voltage division
and away you go.  
Since I'm not likely to ever find the dynamotor supply
(or be able to have it shipped if I did),
my AT5/AR7 Australian set is run entirely from 12 VDC 
using one of the Hallicrafters mobile supplies.

Doing this for one of my TCS sets is in the "project list."
I'll write it up when I get to it, if I live long enough ;-)
