Pete,

There were four different TCS AC supplies.  If you are sure that it is the 
115 VAC (only) variant, I can send you the schematic as a PDF.

The fact that the nameplate says TCS-9 is immaterial unless you are trying 
to put together a matched model number set.  The important number is the 
five-digit Navy Type Number.
