Bill,
If you don't find a function switch you can drill out the rivets that hold the bad contact. You can get replacements from an another switch assembly. I used very small screws and nuts to mount the new contacts. They can be found where eye glasses are repaired. You may want to put some epoxy on the screws and nuts to make sure they don't loosen up from use. I have done this with a couple of DX60 rigs over the years. I got this idea from someone on the internet but don't remember where anymore.
Good luck with your project...that ole DX60 is a keeper..
