[Boatanchors] WTB ICM7216B or D counter chip.

Good evening gentlemen,
I have a counter with a rather sick chip in it that I need to replace. The counter is not new and has  as its heart an ICM 7216D chip. Has anyone got a surplus one they would consider selling at a reasonable price please. I can get one for about seventy US dollars but thats a bit out of my reach I regret. That represents something like nine gallons of gasoline in the UK.
Doesnt have to be new, used but working will do fine. Responses off the list please.
