[Boatanchors] B&W SSB Adapter 370 Serial Numbers

If anyone out there has a B&W 370 SSB Adapter, I could use some info on your unit.  I need your serial number and the tube type in the V-1 position.  Since this is probably not of general interest, please send directly to me rather than to the list.

I”m trying to determine when, and in what sequence, B&W transitioned between variants of the 370 design.  It may also provide some clues on how many might have been built, since they don’t appear to be all that common.
