[Boatanchors] Call Sign Help

I am asking anyone with a good selection of Callbooks to research when WN9AQQ was first listed. (He upgraded to WA9AQQ some time later). I am asking for my good friend who owns the call since it first got issued, but he can't remember when it was issued.  He thinks it might have been in 1961. His name is William Stewart.

If anyone could look around 1960 to 1962 that would be wonderful. I appreciate the effort and sorry for taking up bandwidth with this request.
