ok let me  rephrase  this.... that    flat   rate  box  for that  size  is 
the    for  manuals  some   do not getting their  own boxes out  of  
dumpster  like  some of  us  do....  boxes  they like the usps supplied       free  
 priority  boxes.,..  this  size  box  will   or has  gone up in price 
recently too...
