[Boatanchors] Help ID a 1939 Superior VTVM with a large round 7" meter?

Superior Electric, an electric supply firm, brags about being in power business since 1938 which would match the 39 date and meter type. Not really in the radio business.

Good links should be available.

If you could post a picture of the parts, it would help stir the brain cells of us old timers.
